How does the system work?

What sizes are available?
Whats is the difference between Mini, Club & Pro?
Mainly size and price, except for the MultiBall Pro which has more sensors and is even more precise. Recommended for training facilities.
What are the required sports equipments?
Nothing is required, except a ball or something to throw at the wall. Otherwise, you have games for motion tracking alone meaning no equipment is needed but yourself.
Which projector model can I use?
Any modern projector with an aspect ratio of 16:10 WUXGA and corner correction to adjust the image will work. We recommend Panasonic projectors with a minimum of 4000 lumens and we also offer projector packages including a projector mount and HDMI cable.
Which games are included on the system?
The updated list of all available games can always be found on our webiste or the LYMB.iO mobile app which you can download on iOS or Android.
What is the wall material?
We do not sell a wall, but a frame. The material of the wall does not matter, as long as it is straight and white.
Do you have examples of using MultiBall for training? (any sport)

Can I get an online presentation of the system?
Yes, we offer live demos from our showroom in Munich. We can arrange a meeting here.
Does the MultiBall work outdoors?
Yes, we have an outdoor LED model. Here you can find the MultiBall LED in action.
Do you have a mobile MultiBall system?
Yes, the LED MultiBall is our designated mobile system. For more details, please have a look here.
Do you also have adults, or only kids games?
MultiBall is for everyone. we have a variety of apps where you can choose the level yourself and also especially kids games. The variety goes from children’s games to training sessions for athletes.
What is the difference between LYMB ONE & MultiBall?
LYMB One is for at home use (it is not as durable, only soft balls, not super fast detection). MultiBall is the B2B solution (stainless steel, 5 year warranty, detects super high speeds and also includes a suite of professional functions and APIs)
How to use MultiBall
Do we need staff for the MultiBall?
MultiBall does not need any supervision and is meant to run 24/7. After the onboarding process, staff can also support if need be, but it is not mandatory since the system is designed for stand-alone operation and remote control.
How many kids can play at the same time?
Bigger groups can also play, up to 20 children is not a problem at all. The amount of players also depends on the game and MultiBall system (size).
Does the system need to be connected to the internet?
It is recommended in order to have the best experience, but it can also be operated without. However, it is mandatory to receive system updates, new games and live support.
What is the recommended Internet connectivity?
We recommend to connect the system through direct LAN for stable and optimal results. The amount of data changes depends on the usage and the current game played. We recommend a data flat rate with 20mb/s, when we release many new game versions it can go up to several gigabits.
Do you have a user manual for the system?
You will receive a product manual in the package and find more explainer videos here.
How can I control my system?
Via the MultiBall Admin you can access your system and many other features. An overview and explanatory video can be found here.
How does the Backend work?
You will receive 3 logins (accounts), with which you can access the MultiBall Admin and the online control room of your system. There are also some videos on our youtube channel.
How does the App work?
The App allows you control the whole MultiBall and track your progress in each game while also competing on global leadership boards.
Do you have other languages available other than English?
The menu is always in English, but we do have some games where languages can be selected and we are planning to have more languages in a couple of months.
Can we change the timer of the games from the app?
No, this is a custom software development project.
Is it suitable for specially challenged people?
Yes, MultiBall is fully inclusive. You can contact the sales team so they can send you some case studies.
Is it possible to connect multiple systems to play on them?
Not yet. But the feature is already in production.
Purchase and Shipping
What is the lead time?
MultiBall systems normally ship within 48hrs upon receival of funds. Larger quantities might have a lead time of 2-6 weeks.
Is the projector price included in the hardware?
The projector is not included, but can be purchased through us – or your local AV supplier.
Can I have a discount?
Discounts starts at a miniumum order of 5 systems. This is our minimum bulk order discount.

Why do I have to pay a recurring software license?
This includes remote service, server hosting, all new games, software maintenance, new app features, etc.
Do you have Financing options available?
We only have financing in Germany and Australia. Please check with your local bank for financing opportunities.
Do you ship globally?
Yes, UPS worldwide Air freight. Anywhere in the world in 5-10 days.
What happens if the shipment is damaged?
All packages leaving our production facilities are fully insured.
What happens if I stop paying software fees?
Similar to any subscription that is not paid, you will not have access to the functions of your system until the outstanding amount is paid.
Can I select a few games for my system and pay only for those?
Unfortunately not. It’s a full license to run any game on your system
Where can I mount the projector?
If you wish to purchase the projector from us, we can assist you with determining the perfect location. If you want to purchase the projector on your own, please reach out to a local AV supplier.
Do I need a screen as well?
You don’t. MultiBall is an interactive frame which can be fixed to any wall and the picture is projected with a normal projector.
What is the space required for each system?
Recommened play area is a minimum of 5m by 5m.
I dont want to install myself, who can do it for me?
You can hire a local contractor or we can also put you in touch with our local partner if your region is covered by our network.
What technical expertise do I need to have to install the system?
You need to have experience in building things and using laser levels, power drills, etc.
Can the system be moved to another location easily?
Yes, you can simply dismantle the system and set it up like the first time. All parts are industry quality and it won’t hurt the system to dismantle and build it up again.
Any latency baselines for better user experience?
Once you have your MultiBall, we can connect you to our technical support team.
What firewall ports should be open for remote access?
The following ports must be available: 22, 53, 80, 443, 1194, all outbound only, inbound nothing is required.
Maintenance and Warranty
How long is the warranty of the system?
MultiBall comes with a full 5 year warranty on all its parts.
How can we get replacement parts if something is damanged?
We assess the situation to understand what happened and if it is really damage, and then we can send a new one free of charge if under warrant. We have a 5-year warranty on all our parts.
How to perform maintenance ? Daily/Weekly/Monthly?
We advise to vacuum the bottom covers once a week and to clean the projetor filter twice a year.
Do you have a local partner that can assist me if I need anything?
Our team can always assist in emergencies. Please schedule an appointmnet to make sure a service representative is available if needed.
Who can provide maintenace for me if I am not n Germany?
On the Health page in your MultiBall Admin you can see exactly where the problem is and are able to repair it immediately and independently. If you get stuck, open a ticket and our support will contact you directly. Find the Health page tutorial here: English To avoid problems, we recommend to clean the sensors regularly. What happens if something breaks or stops working?
You can view the error message via the MultiBall Admin under Health and repair the system yourself. If you get stuck here, open a ticket. Our technical experts will virtually check your system and fix the cause of the error. If it is a minor software issue, we will fix it remotely. If physical parts need to be replaced, we will send you the spare parts free of charge if the system is covered by warranty. Our technical experts will virtually check your system and troubleshoot for rootcause. If there is a minor software issue, we will fix it remotely. If there is a need for exchaging physical parts, we will ship you the replacements for free if the system is under warranty.
How can I keep my system clean and functional?
In order for the ball detection and the touch function to work properly, the sensors must be cleaned regularly. Here you can find a tutorial on how to do this: English, German

Can I integrate MultiBall with wearables or other gadgets?
Our slogan is “free motion gaming”. Therefore, we dont use any wearable or gadgets.
Can I upload the screensaver?
No, this needs to be done by our team. It needs to be Mp4 and H.264 codec. Please send it to support for them to upload it to your system.
Does the MultiBall work with RFID system? Do you sell this?
