Setting up our most mobile event system (MultiBall LED Fold) is extremely fast. It takes about 60 minutes to set up on the ground and about 45 minutes to take down. It takes just 7 minutes if the event system stays and is used on the MultiBall Truck.

However, if the final location has stairs, ledges, or other obstacles that make it impossible to roll in the Fold, then the LED Mini or LED Club system can be assembled on-site, which is transported in flight cases. For those systems, the setup time is approximately 4 hours for the LED Mini and 5 to 6 hours for the LED Club.

Regardless of the setup type, a minimum of two people (including at least one technician) is required for both installation and dismantling of the MultiBall LED systems.

During the event itself, MultiBall runs completely autonomously, but we highly recommend having 1 to 2 brand ambassadors at your booth to manage the queue, engage the crowd, and briefly explain the games to players.
