What’s included?

The price includes access to the room which offers lots of fun with the MultiBall system. Balls for playing, coffee, and tableware are available. Outside areas are not included and can be booked as add-ons.

Do I need to clean up afterwards?

Before you're booking ends please clean the room. Leave the space as tidy as you found it by clearing debris, picking up balls, and loading dishes. Make sure it's swept clean. We’ll take care of deep cleaning the floors and surfaces.

Are damages covered?

There’s no deposit required, but we trust our customers to handle the space responsibly. We might charge a cleaning fee if the space is not cleaned during your booking time or left dirty.

How about parking?

Parking is limited to the party host per booking. Additional public parking options for guests are available along Gysslingstraße (near Mittlerer Ring), within walking distance. Detailed parking advise will be send via email.

What’s the minimum age for participants?

The recommended minimum age is 1.5 years. MultiBall is, however, suitable for participants of all ages.
